NEALON, Chief Justice.

This is a boundary suit filed in form of trespass to try title by Ellis Korkmas, plaintiff below and appellant in this Coart, against W. L. Womack, appellee. From an adverse judgment plaintiff appeals.

The suit involves a strip of land 1393 feet long and 15 feet wide. The land of Kork-mas is situated immediately north of the land of Womack. The case was tried to the Court. At the request of plaintiff (appellant) findings of fact and conclusions of law were filed.
