MEMORANDUM OF OPINION

DAVID F. SNOW, Bankruptcy Judge.

Braeview Manor, Inc., the Debtor in this chapter 11 case, filed its petition on December 28, 1989. The Debtor operates a 230-bed nursing home at 20611 Euclid Avenue, Euclid, Ohio (the “Premises”). On October 17, 1991, First Federal Savings & Loan of Rochester (“FirstFed”) filed its motion requesting relief from stay to evict the Debt- or from the Premises.
