The. plaintiff and appellant herein has been engaged in business as a building contrac tor for upwards of 25 years, during which time he has built 40 to 50 buildings for the defendant, who has for many years past been an extensive real estate operator and builder in the city of Detroit, and who has constructed many hundreds of buildings therein. Plaintiff first commenced work for defendant when he was about 21 years of age.
