McKenzie v. Standard Bleachery Co.

On March 16th, 1931, three separate orders were made and entered in this case. One directed the receiver to pay to the Bank of Manhattan Trust Company, as trustee — and hereinafter referred to as trustee — the sum of $21,184.87, the amount of the taxes due on property which he had gone into possession of; another fixed the compensation of both trustee and its counsel; and the other fixed the compensation of complainant's counsel.
