Hays House, Inc., a corporation, arid Helen E. Judd and Charles L. Judd, both individually, plaintiffs below, appeal from a jury verdict and the judgment entered thereon in favor of Craig Eugene Powell, defendant below, on his counterclaim. The original action filed by the plaintiffs was based upon an alleged breach of a contract entered into by plaintiffs with the defendant.
