At the May, 1920, term of the circuit court of Kankakee county appellant brought suit in assumpsit against appellees. Appellees filed to appellant’s declaration a plea of the general issue, with notice of special matters of defense. A jury trial was had, resulting in a directed verdict for appellees, and a judgment thereon in favor of appellees and against appellant in bar of the action and for costs.
