'Plaintiff appeals from a judgment for defendants in an action tried before the circuit judge without a jury. The facts are set forth in a stipulation of facts with exhibits attached thereto. The suit is for lumber delivered after a petition in involuntary bankruptcy had been filed and before the appointment of a trustee in bankruptcy.
