In this action, a jury has rendered a verdict in the amount of $2,702,000 in favor of plaintiff, the trustee in bankruptcy for The Villa Condominium, Inc., and against the defendants, City Mortgage Services, Inc. and City Federal Savings & Loan Association. Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company is made a defendant as the ah leged liability insurer of the other defendants. CMS and City Federal have filed a cross claim against Hartford which, by stipulation, was submitted to the court for decision. The court has ruled in favor of Hartford on the…
