The plaintiff, a coal mining corporation, recovered judgment in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, July 15, 1922, against J. R. Harris for the possession of a dwelling house previously occupied by him as an employee of the company; this house being one of 167 dwelling houses constructed and used by the defendant as part of its mining plant in Kanawha County, to shelter its employees.
