[! Defendants appeal the trial court’s grant of plaintiffs’ writ of quo warranto. For the reasons that follow, we affirm as amended.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
This litigation was initiated to challenge the authority of defendants, W.T. Winfield, Alfred C. Williams, G. Thomas Arbour, and Aarolyn Wheeler, to act on behalf of the Community Association for the Welfare of School Children (“the Association”).
