The trial court rendered summary judgment in favor of defendants, Charles S. Clark and State Farm Fire & Casualty Insurance Co., on a coverage question arising under a State Farm rental dwelling policy. The incident triggering the coverage dispute occurred in May 2001, when six-year-old Kimberly Dempsey was bitten by a dog believed to have been owned by Charles C. Clark, the son of Charles S. Clark.
