LARSON, Justice.
The defendant, Scott Williams, was charged in three counts of a county attorney’s information with (1) possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver it for profit, (2) delivery of it for profit, and (3) conspiracy to manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to deliver it, all under section 204.401(l)(a), The Code 1977. The case was tried to the court and Williams was found guilty under all counts.
