BAKER, Justice.

The State seeks further review of the court of appeals opinion reversing the defendant, Victor Serrato’s, convictions for first-degree murder and nonconsensual termination of a human pregnancy. The State claims the court of appeals erred in finding there was insufficient evidence establishing that any of the conduct constituting the defendant’s alleged offenses had occurred in Iowa, and thus the State had failed to establish territorial jurisdiction.
