We are urged to reverse this judgment because the findings are not supported by the evidence. Uo substantial end will be gained by a review of all the facts tending to support the conclusion reached by the trial judge. A reference to some of the leading facts must suffice. Patrick inherited the property in question from his parents. There were six children. The father died some thirty-six *410years ago.
