The employee and the insurer executed an agreement for compensation (later approved by the department), stating that the employee’s disability began “3-10-36”; that the nature of her injury was "Anemia as a result of inhaling fumes”; and that the probable length of disability was six months. At the bottom of this agreement, after the words "Date of Agreement” appear the figures “4-15-37.” Under the date “3-31-37,” the employee signed an agreement that the insurer might discontinue compensation as of that date.
