Before the Court is Defendant ParkerHannifin Corporation’s Motion for Summary Judgment, filed December 12, 2008. (Doc. No. 17). Parker-Hannifin’s Racor Division is the subject of this lawsuit and, therefore, the Court will refer to Defendant Parker-Hannifin as “Racor” as the parties have done in the pleadings.
