On November 4, 1991, Judge Cornelius Blackshear of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York, granted summary judgment in favor of defendant John Campo, Bankruptcy Trustee in the matter of Advanced Ring Manufacturers (“Trustee”). DeMarco v. Campo, No. 89 B 10667 (Bankr.S.D.N.Y. Nov. 4, 1991) (order granting summary judgment).
