THIS MATTER is before the Court on Respondents/Claimants’ Motions for Final Summary Judgment (D.Es. 179, 187, 188, 278, and 283). Also before the Court is the petitioner’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on the issue of non-pecuniary damages (filed February 24,1994). The petitioner, American Dredging Company, brought the present admiralty action in this Court seeking exoneration and limitation of liability pursuant to 46 U.S.CApp. § 183.
