These consolidated appeals involving the same defendant raise similar issues under Colorado’s Uniform Mandatory Disposition of Detainers Act, sections 16-14-101 to 108, C.R.S.1973 (1978 Repl.Yol. 8). In the El Paso County case, 80SA201, the prosecution appealed the district court’s dismissal of charges against the defendant for failure to comply with the ninety-day speedy disposition provisions of the Detainers Act.
