¶ 1. Christina Bellon appeals from an order dismissing all four of her causes of action against Ripon College. Bellon claims Ripon engaged in three acts of common law misrepresentation to induce employment and one act of misrepresentation in violation of Wis. Stat. § 103.43 (2003-04). She contends that issues of material fact exist from which a jury could find misrepresentation; therefore, summary judgment dismissing her claims was inappropriate.
