delivered the opinion of the court:

John Stojetz, defendant-appellant, appeals from an order of the circuit court filed on February 23,1976, denying his motion to withdraw his plea of guilty to a charge of armed robbery.

Stojetz and Allen Miller were indicted for armed robbery on July 31, 1975. The charge was based on an incident that took place on June 15, 1975, at 1:30 a.m., in a tavern in Granite City known as Doc’s Lounge.
