Appeal from decisions of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed April 9, 1976 and June 2, 1977, which ruled (1) that claimant sustained a compensable injury as a result of an industrial accident in July of 1962, and (2) discharged the Special Fund for Reopened Cases from liability. Claimant was employed as a cook when she allegedly injured her back in July of 1962 while lifting a heavy pot. On May 22, 1964, she filed a claim for compensation benefits arising out of the alleged accident which was controverted by the employer.
