The plaintiffs, The Kansas Baptist Convention (Baptists) and Hugoton Energy Corporation (Hugoton Energy), brought this action against the defendant, Mesa Operating Limited Partnership (Mesa), to avoid or reform a 1952 contract for the unitization and operation of a 640-acre gas unit in Grant County.
