I vote to affirm the judgment reached before the learned trial court, upon the ground that only issues of fact were involved which were properly submitted to the jury and that their verdict cannot be said to be against the weight of the evidence but, on the contrary, is in full accordance therewith.
No errors of law are presented which require a reversal of this judgment.
