Affirming.

This appeal is prosecuted from a judgment of the Jessamine Circuit Court which dismissed th epetition of Charles W. Rue, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, wherein he sought a review of the order of the Workmen’s Compensation Board, hereinafter referred to as the Board, refusing to make an award in his favor.
