William S. Johnson obtained a judgment in his favor decreeing that compensation he paid him by his employer at the rate of $12.68 per week, for a period of four hundred weeks. See 15 La. App. 55, 130 So. 251. The present proceeding is one by rule, instituted by the Calcasieu Sulphate Paper Company, Inc., the employer, under the provisions of section 20 of the original compensation statute of 1914 (Act No. 20 of 1914),. as amended by Act No. 85 of 1926. That provision of the law gives to either party the right, at any time after six months following the rendition of the judgment, to have it…
