BENNETT, United States Magistrate Judge.

This is a products liability lawsuit in which Rodger Briney alleges he was seriously injured when he “by-pass started” a 1970 John Deere 4020 diesel tractor, with a power shift transmission, by making an electrical contact with a screwdriver between two solenoid electrical terminals.
