FINAL JUDGMENT

Upon consideration of the testimony and other evidence presented at the final hearing in this cause, the Court makes the following factual findings.

1. Brad Gillen, an advertising agent for plaintiff, The Lamar Corpo*123ration (“Lamar”) made several trips to “Dee Ford’s Lounge” in late April and early May of 1990 attempting to sell advertising.
