HAWKINS, Presiding Judge.

From an order remanding relator in an extradition proceeding this appeal is prosecuted.

The brief of our State’s Attorney, the Hon. Spurgeon Bell, deals with the subject in a manner which expresses the views *513of the court, and said brief is adopted as the opinion of the court, and is as follows:
