CLAYTON, District Judge.

The state of Alabama brought this action in the circuit court of Montgomery county, Ala., against the defendant, Acacia Mutual Life Association, alleged to he “a corporation of the District of Columbia,” and the first count claims $2,798.17, with interest from March 1, 1920; the second, $4,870.85, with interest from March 1, 1921; the third, $5,468.56, with interest from March 1, 1922; and the fourth, the sum of $10,000, with interest from March 1, 1923.
