OPINION and ORDER OF COURT

Pending before this Court is a Motion of Plaintiff for Class Certification pursuant to Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiffs Motion for Class Certification will be granted in part and denied in part. With regard to proposed sub-class (i), the Motion will be granted.
