OPINION
STEWART, Judge.
Guy W. Johnson was convicted of first-degree murder 1 and sentenced to 99 years in prison. In our earlier decision in this case, 2 we addressed Johnson's attorney's motion to withdraw. The attorney claimed that Johnson's case presented no non-frivolous issues. We directed the attorney to file a supplemental brief that conformed with the requirement we established in Griffin v.
