This is an original mandamus proceeding instituted by Mrs. Leora Kay Barker, individually and in representative capacities, as Relator, against Respondent, Honorable Walter Dunham, Jr., the presiding judge of the 28th Judicial District Court of Nueces County, Texas. Relator seeks a writ of mandamus requiring Judge Dunham to vacate his order of November 23, 1976, an order which denied the motion of Relator to require the completion of the deposition of James L.
