Connecticut Superior Court
1Opinion of the Court
The plaintiff brought this action to recover the fair value of medical services rendered to a person whom the plaintiff claimed the defendant had an obligation to support under 17-2741 of the General Statutes. By way of special defense, the defendant contended that the plaintiff had not adequately complied with the statutory notice requirements.
