On November 27, 1964, plaintiff and defendant Oswald Fountain, then residents of the State of New York, entered into a separation agreement which inter alia provided that the defendant husband have custody of their children with liberal visitation rights to plaintiff. It was further provided that plaintiff convey her interest in the jointly owned home of the parties to her husband and that he have all of the household furniture and furnishings.
