This is appellant Bruce Michael Kinney’s third appearance before this Court. In an earlier unpublished opinion, we affirmed Kinney’s 1994 conviction for violating a protective order by following his estranged "wife. Kinney v. State, 218 Ga. App. XXXII (1995). Later, Kinney was indicted by a Clayton County grand jury for aggravated assault, aggravated battery, and four counts of aggravated stalking arising out of the shooting of his estranged wife in January 1995.
