State v. Britton

[¶ 26.] For the reasons set forth in my dissenting opinion in State v. Guerra, 2009 SD 74, 772 N.W.2d 907, I would hold that the drug dog team was not properly certified under South Dakota law. I would reverse and suppress the evidence.
