Our original opinion handed down December 15, 1966 is withdrawn and the following is substituted as the opinion of the Court.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of appellee against appellant, Inter-Continental Corporation, granting recovery on a promissory note dated July 1, 1963 in the principal amount of $80,000.00. The note was executed in the name of InterContinental Corporation by its president, J. S. Shively, and attested by its secretary.
