Reversing.

Tbe Board of Education of Shelby County (hereinafter referred to as “Board”) is proposing tbe erection of a new bigb school building near Sbelbyville and tbe issuance- of revenue bonds in tbe amount of $650,000, as authorized under KRS 162.120 to 162.300, in order to finance tbe project. Appellants, citizens and taxpayers of Sbelby County, brought suit against tbe Board to enjoin such action.
