Dandre Shamar Jemison was arrested and charged with one count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance — N-Benzylpiperazine — a violation of § 13A-12-212, Ala.Code 1975, and one count of driving while his license was suspended, a violation of § 32-6-19, Ala.Code 1975.
