Torance Jackson appeals from the denial of habeas corpus relief by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana for failure to ex-, haust available state remedies. We affirm that court’s denial of a certificate of probable cause to appeal, but for reasons quite different from those relied upon by the district court.
