Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Clinton County (McGill, J.), rendered June 9, 2003, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of aggravated harassment of an employee by an inmate.

While incarcerated in a state correctional facility, defendant threw urine and feces on two correction officers. He was thereafter charged in an indictment with two counts of aggravated harassment of an employee by an inmate and pleaded guilty to one of the charges in satisfaction thereof.
