ORDER AND REASONS

CHARLES SCHWARTZ, Jr., District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the Magistrate’s Report and Recommendation. For the following reasons, the Court rejects the Report and Recommendation and holds that plaintiffs are not entitled to attorney’s fees in this matter.

This case involves a commercial lease in a shopping center. On January 11, 1987, plaintiffs (landlord) sued defendants (tenant) for an injunction prohibiting the defendants from taking steps to close their leased premises before the end of the lease term in January 1988.
