This is an error case brought to reverse the judgment of the court of common pleas in the trial of George Griggs, upon the charge of shooting at a person with intent to wound. No bill of exceptions, is brought up showing the proceedings upon the trial of the ease, which resulted in a verdict finding the defendant, Griggs, guilty of assault and battery only.
