The case before the Court arises from a complaint for partition filed by Gail D. Fitzgerald and Kirk D. Dedrick against Sheila D. Harris, Dixie L. Dedrick (Dedrick),1 and others, seeking partition of real property devised by Valda F. Dedrick as part of her estate (the Estate).
