The appellant was charged by information with the crime of murder in the first degree, to which he entered a plea of not guilty. After a trial by jury, he was found guilty of murder in the second degree and sentenced to prison. He now appeals from the judgment and sentence entered by the trial court, urging seven assignments of error.
