ORDER RE: DEBTORS’ MOTION FOR AVOIDANCE OF JUDICIAL LIEN

This Chapter 7 case came on before the Court for hearing on the Debtors’ motion for lien avoidance under 11 U.S.C. § 522(f)(1). The Debtors appeared by their attorney, G. Martin Johnson. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”) ap peared by its attorney, Derrick N. Weber.
