In these consolidated adversary proceedings the plaintiff, Chapter 7 trustee of a bank holding company (“Branch”), seeks recovery of voidable preferential and fraudulent transfers under 11 U.S.C. §§ 547 and 548 allegedly received by the defendant, Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopoulos, Inc.
