MEMORANDUM OPINION
BLACKWELL N. SHELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the Court upon the filing of a motion for relief from stay by Richmond Fixture & Equipment Company. After holding a hearing on the plaintiffs motion for relief from stay, this Court took the matter under advisement. The parties submitted memoranda of law in support of their respective positions and requested oral argument thereon. After considering the evidence adduced at the hearing and argument by counsel, this Court makes the following findings of fact and conclusions of law.
