PER CURIAM: *

John J. Tenorio (“Tenorio”) petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) dismissal of his appeal from the Immigration Judge’s (“U”) decision denying his application for cancellation of removal pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1229b. Tenorio argues that the IJ exceeded his authority by requiring him to produce police reports related to his past criminal conduct in order to corroborate his testimony regarding the circumstances of those incidents. For the following reasons, we DENY the petition for review.
